In April, Rettig Group announced plans for an internal reorganization for Rettig ICC and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. As a result, Rettig ICC has now been reorganised under a new Finnish legal entity, Rettig ICC Ltd (Rettig ICC Oy Ab) with its domicile in Helsinki, Finland.
The previous Rettig ICC headquarters in Maastricht will be closed by the end of 2019 once the formal requirements are fulfilled and the lease of the office ends. All the employees will move to other Rettig ICC offices.
This internal reorganisation will not impact Rettig ICC's employee headcount, customers, suppliers or other partners and it will further include a merger of Rettig ICC B.V. into Rettig ICC Ltd, which entails a transfer of all of Rettig ICC B.V.'s rights and obligations to Rettig ICC Ltd by way of universal succession.
