We are excited to announce the appointment of Johan Werbrouck as our new Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at Purmo Group.
In this role, Johan will lead our Transformation Office, with a strong focus on accelerating growth with the CCO, enhancing operational efficiency with the COO, driving cost-related value creation programs, and reducing complexity, particularly through SKU optimization.
Johan brings a wealth of experience in transformation and value creation leadership. He previously served as Chief Transformation Officer at a portfolio company of EQT Group and as Vice President of Transformation/Operating Partner at Platinum Equity US, and was adviser to Bain Capital in a carve out. Earlier in his career, he was a GE executive and a private equity consultant at Bain & Company.
Notably, Johan was part of the executive team that led the carve-out of Ista Energy Services from E.ON to CVC in 2004.
