In Q2 2024, Project Grand Bidco (UK) Limited, along with Apollo Funds and Rettig Oy Ab, formed a consortium that made a public tender offer for all shares in Purmo Group. The tender offer was completed, and Project Grand Bidco (UK) Limited gained title to the minority shares in Purmo Group, leading to the delisting of the Group’s shares from Nasdaq Helsinki in January 2025.
