At Purmo Group, our Motto is more than a statement. It reflects the values that guide how we work together, support our customers and communities, and drive our business forward.

Developed from the voices and experiences of our people, the Motto captures the attitudes and behaviours that define our culture. It provides a common foundation across our organisation and reminds us of what it means to be part of Purmo Group.
One way we celebrate these values in action is through the Motto Medals initiative. Employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues and teams whose actions reflect the spirit of our Motto. The aim is not to measure performance, but to spotlight positive behaviours and share stories that inspire others across the business.
We are proud of what we do
Being proud of what we do means recognising the impact of our work and taking ownership of the contribution we make every day. It is about professionalism, commitment and a genuine belief in the value we create for customers, colleagues and communities.
In Italy, Edoardo was recognised for introducing new performance visualisation technologies that helped drive positive change within the plant. His story reflects what it means to take pride in what we do: using our skills, knowledge and commitment to make a meaningful contribution and help others succeed.
We care
Caring is at the heart of a strong workplace culture. It means supporting one another, listening, helping colleagues succeed and creating positive experiences for customers.
Recent Motto Medals nominations highlighted several examples of this value in action. In the UK, Liam was recognised for his commitment to helping customers solve product-related challenges while supporting colleagues around him. In Romania, Ana-Maria was praised for her reliability, ownership and willingness to support her team during demanding situations. In Poland, Agnieszka was nominated for the positive impact she has on those around her, helping create an environment where colleagues feel encouraged, supported and valued.
Together, these stories show how caring often reveals itself through everyday actions that make a difference to others.
We are courageous and ambitious
Courage and ambition are about embracing challenges, finding solutions and remaining focused on progress, even in uncertain circumstances.
This mindset was reflected in the nomination of Stefano, whose colleagues recognised his determination to tackle complex challenges and support his team through difficult situations. His example demonstrates how courage and ambition help individuals and organisations move forward when resilience and adaptability are needed most.
We make changes that matter
Meaningful change is driven by people who identify opportunities, challenge established ways of working and help turn ideas into reality.
Recent nominations included Santeri, recognised for helping drive important organisational initiatives and supporting colleagues through periods of change, and Mark, who was praised for promoting integrated solutions that create greater value for customers and strengthen collaboration across the business.
